Our whole society is founded on having conversations. This board is dedicated to providing answers to questions and it will be a moderated discussion. Please follow the format of asking a question and then responding. Calling on Sales Enablement Society colleagues for thought leadership and guidance on a "Sales Enablement Framework" and "SE up-leveling" initiative.
Think: "Establishing the right SE model to gain adoption and scalability of 'SE maturity' across the enterprise, and also assuming support, people, content, technologies, and processes are in place."
Seeking to gather input from SES members on assessing an organization's sales enablement maturity and tracking of KPIs to measure and demonstrate success. The target audience involves organizations at any level of sales enablement maturity that want to "up-level" and demonstrate sales enablement's impact on growing revenue.
