Gregg Blatt is a seasoned Senior Executive and Board Member with more than 30 years of success in the IT industry in the software, ITO, BPO and consulting segments. Leveraging extensive experience developing sales and marketing strategies, he is a valuable asset for a business looking for new ways to generate business and grow top line, or to drive the right cost model to improve EBITA. His broad areas of expertise include sales management, business development, global markets/marketing, P&L and growth strategies.
Throughout his executive career, Gregg has held leadership positions at companies including Comdisco, Headstrong/James Martin, Keane, iRise, and Cast Software. In his last 10+ years and 2 positions in high growth SaaS companies, he was responsible for double-digit revenue growth and team development of 100+ staff in US, Europe and Asia to drive direct and channel sales. Additionally, he spent 15+ years in IT Services (ITO, BPO, Application Development, Advisory Consulting) managing staff of over 150, P&L’s of over 250m, and sales of more than 1b. Throughout the 30+ years and most importantly, Gregg has been the Executive Sponsor and Growth Leader in the US market and knows the landscape, verticals and overall ecosystem extremely well with a very strong US network.
Gregg has served as a member of the management board for all of the last 5 organizations and has worked closely with Board of Directors in all companies.
Over the years he has volunteered for various non-profit organizations including Samaritans Purse, Habitat for Humanity, Hearts for Homes, and Big Brother Big Sister.
